The life of a branch manager is never dull!
So far this morning I have dealt with a patron complaint regarding our broken soap dispenser in the men's restroom and an irate patron, who decided mid-complaint that we hadn't lost his reserves and that he had designated Highland as the pickup location, not us.
I am happy to report that even as I write this that our handy dandy Maintenance Supervisor Keith is replacing the soap dispenser and that the formerly irate patron left smiling.
